بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيم
These are some notes I am taking on the book “The Sources of the Qur’an: A Critical Review of the Authorship Theories” written by Hamza Njozi. In fact, this is not a work by a scholar of Islam, but rather the result of research by a lay Muslim. However, I think there are some good points being made in this work, so I thought it was appropriate to mention them and then leave open the path for further, more scholarly and traditionally-based research, for the future. There is also what may be called some weak points in this book I will point these out as well whenever necessary. Continue reading
